The best months to sealcoat your asphalt driveway are between the months of July and October.
If a driveway is sealcoated during these months it will be on fresh for the the winter months. The winter months are the months that are the most damaging to an asphalt driveway or parking lot.
Moisture gets in places like cracks or along concrete sidewalk and garages and freezes then it causes it to break. It is very important that cracks are filled with tar and it is also really important to make sure your seem where your driveway meets the road is always tarred at least every 3 years.
Sealer or tar should always be applied on warm sunny days because the sun is what dries tar or sealer so never do it or have it done on a cloudy day.
